Borrowing Period

Each Trunk Show is booked for a period of 45 days. This is anticipated to provide approximately seven days for shipping to the borrower, 30 days for display, and seven days for return of the models.

Upon checkout, please include the dates when the trunk show will be displayed in the order special instructions area.

Model Availability

Trunk Show model availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be booked more than 60 days prior to shipping from Erie Quilt Art Inc. Model availability will be confirmed after an order is placed.

Each model comes with a required minimum number of patterns. These patterns are automatically added when the model and pattern bundle is selected. We encourage Trunk Show borrowers to order any additional ByAnnie supplies when they are ordering their Trunk Show.

Shipping

When shipping the Trunk Show to the shop, shipping costs will apply unless the outgoing order meets a minimum of $500 before applicable taxes. All items included with a Trunk Show will be shipped together. Shops will be responsible for return shipping costs. Erie Quilt Art Inc. will book the return shipment and provide a label.

Trunk Shows must be returned in the same box they were sent out in, including the bags each model was put in, tags attached to bags and associated signage. Please make sure to include a signed copy of the Trunk Show Pack List.

Damages/Losses

Please inform us immediately of any damage to models that occurred during transit to the borrower.

The borrower is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the Trunk Show or return transit due to an improperly packed box.

Advertising

Trunk Shows will be listed on the ByAnnie website as free advertising.

By booking a Trunk Show, shops are agreeing to abide by the above policies.
